The Palmy Drag Fest Rainbow Fair and Drag Show were great fun on the weekend, such fabulous events!

A.J. Lancaster and I had an amazing time chatting with readers, signing books, and selling books at the Rainbow Fair – our first in-person event! There were so many fantastic LGBTQ+ creators, products, and services represented at the fair. And, to keep everyone entertained throughout the day, a series of stunning drag performances.
I sold out all my copies of Murder on Milverton Square (the local Manawatū setting was a big hit!). I also sold out all my three-book sets of the Rise and Shine series, all but two copies of Duck and Dive, and I gave away so many bookmarks too!
Another highlight was meeting a teacher from a local secondary school who came up to say hi. She said she was looking forward to reading Murder on Milverton Square but hadn’t had a chance yet because there was a waiting list for it at her school library!
If you want to check out my books from your local library but they don’t have them in stock, please let them know and ask if they can order some in! Or, if you can’t wait, my books are always available to buy online.
