- One Book, One Community Evening With the Author
- What? A “Masterton-wide initiative encouraging everyone to read the same book and come together for discussions and activities that celebrate libraries, storytelling, and community.”

- Local Readers and Authors Day
- What? Hang out with local readers and authors, and talk about books! There’ll be a romance writers panel, the launch of Riley Chance’s audiobook, and the launch of the library’s awesome Versions anthology.

- Hawke’s Bay Readers and Writers Festival: The Most Famous Authors You’ve Never Heard Of
- What? Catherine Robertson will chair a panel discussion asking Kate O’Keeffe, James Russell, and G. B. Ralph what it takes to be a successful indie author.

- What? A fair with 50+ stalls featuring LGBTQ+ creators, products, and services. I’ll be there selling books, signing books, and chatting with readers!

- Clues, Crime and Craft: An evening of mystery fiction
- What? Palmerston North authors Bing Turkby, G.B. Ralph and Riley Chance pop over to Napier to chat with the marvellous Louise Ward. Come along for a fun evening of murder most mysterious, a modicum of mayhem, and maybe even some music!
