There’s a fun new contraption at my local library! According to a post on the library blog, The Poetry Machine features poems submitted directly to the library from “newbies through to experienced poets, school children to more mature folk.” And it sounds like it’ll only be there for a short time – I’m glad I got to give it a whirl!

I took a short five-second video of my friend building up the suspense before pushing the big red button. Keep an ear out for their surprised/delighted chuckle at the end:
